I don’t think I’ll ever get over how beautiful this fall New England wedding was! Fall weddings just hit differently with all the vibrant colors giving any venue so much more life to the day! I was beyond ecstatic when Michaella and Tom reached out to me telling me they wanted to have a fall New England wedding at Mountain Rose Inn!

Fall New England Wedding Venue

Mountain Rose Inn is a charming wedding venue out in the countryside of Greenfield, Massachusetts. It’s located off of I-91 and Route 2 but is secluded enough that you have plenty of privacy! And with its view of the countryside, you are sure to fall in love, especially during the fall season! I was in awe of how colorful and enchanting the wedding venue looked with the surrounding green, yellow, and burgundy trees. The grounds at Mountain Rose Inn were SO picturesque with plenty of options to choose from for your wedding ceremony, whether you choose to have your ceremony in the outdoor courtyard, the tented ballroom space, or the Inn itself you won’t be disappointed! One of my favorite things about the Mountain Rose Inn was the captivating backdrop of the wooded meadows and infinite skies! It was the perfect spot for bride and groom portraits.

Couples Love Story

I’m a sucker for a good love story and Michaella and Tom’s was SO cute!! Both Michaella and Tom met in college in 2014 and lived on the same floor freshman year! As soon as Michaella mentioned this to me it was giving me the neighbor from upstairs kind of vibes which I LOVED! They are both huge goofballs, foodies, and sports fans. They love cooking together as well as watching Boston sports together! I initially met Michaella and Tom when they booked their engagement session with me and I immediately could feel the deep connection they had for one another. This made me so excited for their wedding as I knew it was going to be epic!

Wedding Itinerary

What I loved most about the Mountain Rose Inn is that you are more than welcome to stay at the Inn the night before your wedding day to get ready. This made the getting ready photos so gorgeous as the Inn is stunning inside and out! The Mountain Rose Inn used to be a bed and breakfast, West Winds Inn before it become an elegant wedding venue in 2013!

After shooting some getting-ready photos of the bride and the bridesmaids we did a first look at the outdoor courtyard where you could see the wooded meadows with their vibrant fall colors. One of my favorite areas of the wedding venue! Michaella’s bridal bouquet stood out so perfectly against the courtyard’s backdrop with its white and burgundy flowers and so did the bridesmaid’s dresses which were different tones of pink and burgundy! Their wedding color palette was truly so dreamy and had the perfect fall feel!

Fall Wedding Colors

We lucked out with the weather this day too as it was so sunny! Usually, Massachusetts weather in October can be a hit or miss but it turned out to be so beautiful with clear skies! After Michaella and Tom’s touching wedding ceremony they ended their fall New England wedding in Mountain Rose Inn’s satin-draped ballroom.

Capturing Michaella and Tom’s fall New England wedding at Mountain Rose Inn was one for the books! I think fall weddings may be one of my favorites! Michaella and Tom were so sweet and kind making the day very special.
