To say I’m obsessed with Sonia and Felipe’s destination engagement photos would be an understatement! First of all, being in Spain was a literal dream, and to have met Sonia and Felipe while I was there shooting a wedding and have them ask me to photograph their engagement photos on a whim was meant to be! Sonia and Felipe wanted their destination engagement to be casual and to simply celebrate them. They grew up in, Badajoz, Spain, and wanted to capture and revel in those memories together for their engagement shoot.

Liz and Tighe both grew up right around the Boston area and now live in Scottsdale, Arizona!! They’re getting married this August in Napa Valley, California! The two of them wanted a classic and classy Boston engagement session that represented where they both grew up and we did JUST THAT! We originally planned for their session to be at golden hour, but a thunder and lightning storm made us reschedule until the next morning, and thank goodness it did! The morning light on the public garden was absolutely dazzling! The engagement shoot was classic Boston from the public garden willow trees to the cobblestone Acorn street in the back bay.

The venue was dazzling with yachts and sailboats dispersed alongside the dock. The day was perfect from the luxurious getting ready space to the golden sunset, to the entire wedding watching as the fireworks burst into the night sky.
