Boston Public Garden
The Boston Public Garden (or BPG as I call it) is one of my FAVORITE places for engagement photos! There are a variety of locations within the garden area including the Boston willow trees, the swan boats, and the beautiful bridge in the center of the garden! It’s also right nearby Newbury Street and The Common, other Boston hotspots that your couples may have an interest in!
Acorn Street
Acorn street is perfect for that “old boston” look for an engagement shoot. It’s a cobblestone street right nearby the boston common. It’s perfect for shoots with two locations, because you can start at the garden and then walk over to acorn street! This street is famous for the american flag in the background, but you can get a similar look to this with the surrounding streets along that road.
Charlestown
The Charlestown area is perfect for those couples that may not want to go to a hot spot, but still want that city vibe. Make sure to head down to the pier to get some shots by the boats!
Seaport
The seaport area has a stunning view of the Boston skyline at sunset!! Be sure to walk down to the docks to get a shot even close to the water! Seaport is best at sunset instead of sunrise because of where the light comes in. It’s the perfect engagement shoot location for those looking for that Boston Skyline!
