Boston Public Garden Engagement

Keuris and Vicky met at summer camp and Vicky found Keuris annoying at first. But, fortunately, Keuris grew on her and they became best friends for a long time. Eventually, Keuris professed his feelings and the two of them are now engaged and planning a wedding! Keuris reached out to me mid-summer in order to surprise Vicky with an engagement session after his surprise proposal the night before! Unfortunately, it rained on the date he intended to surprise her so we rescheduled and she got to help in choosing the locations for the shoot! They both chose beautifully, and we were able to recreate their dream pinterest board with images of Downtown Boston in it’s full glory! We started out at the Boston Public Garden and captured the two of them with some greenery alongside the city. After the garden, the two of them switched into their classy black-tie outfits, with Vicky in a dazzling white dress and Keuris in a classic black suit!! In the new outfits, we started the second half of our session at the Omni-Parker House, which is about a 10 minute walk from the garden! We walked through the streets of Boston into Downtown Crossing, which was miraculously blocked off to cars, so we could take pictures in the middle of the street!

Keuris and Vicky were stunning throughout their entire engagement session, and they had nothing but smiles to give before and after the shoot! They have many plans for their wedding day including the possibility of a destination wedding, or a black tie affair in between where their two families live! I am so grateful to have met such a sweet couple and I wish them nothing but happiness in their engagement and the rest of their lives together!
