I had such a fun day photographing Autumn and Sean’s Wingaersheek Beach pictures! The weather was a bit gloomy, but they showed up and had fun anyway. That means so much as an engagement photographer! The weather made for a completely empty beach, so we had free reign of the entire landscape. It looked like something out of a magazine! The rolling hills of green and the foggy sandy dunes were so stunning!

Their Story

Autumn and Sean’s love for each other is so beautiful and goes back so far! They first met back in 2016 while they both were young new hires at their firm. They got to know each other through working on a few of the same projects and bonded over quirky bosses and crazy tasks they were assigned. Autumn actually remembers calling her best friend the first week at the job and telling her about a really cute guy she met… Sean! But before their love story even really began, Autumn quit her job to live in Italy for a few months. She froze up when telling Sean goodbye, and they left on awkward terms with Autumn thinking she’d never have another chance with him.

Just as Autumn was scheduled to leave Italy to come back to the States, her old boss reached out and offered her the job back. She accepted. The first week she was back in the office, Sean asked her on a date and the rest is history! They had to keep things on the down low since it was an office romance. After about a year together, they made their debut as a couple at the office Christmas party. Everyone was so happy for them, and now Autumn and Sean are looking forward to celebrating with all of their office friends on their big day!

Wingaersheek Beach Pictures with Dog

Autumn and Sean were so genuine and sweet. Their Bernese Mountain Dog, Theo, was SO well-trained and such a good boy. I’m so glad they brought him along for the fun! Having him there made the engagement session feel so authentic to them and their family! They waded in the water with him and played in the sand. It was such a privilege to capture the real and raw moments between them!

Also for being so kind and patient with us (and the weather), and for making us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. The photography aspect of our wedding was honestly what I was most nervous about but now having you as our photographer the photos are what I am most excited about!
