Nicolle and Blaise had the most beautiful Willowdale Estate wedding! The rain cleared up just in time for their outdoor ceremony, and the tented reception was straight out of a fairytale! Keep scrolling to read more about their love story and their stunning wedding day!

Their Love Story

The couple has known each other since high school through Nicolle’s best friend who is from Blaise’s hometown. While they have been in the same friend group for years, Blaise went to boarding school for high school, and then they both went off to college which led to them not getting to know each other until they both graduated. After graduation, they reconnected and started seriously dating. Before long, Blaise moved to DC for work. For Nicolle and Blaise, the silver lining of the pandemic was that Blaise ended up moving back home after only two months. Over the years, they’ve enjoyed trying new restaurants, binging new TV shows, and exploring new cities together. They’ve completely intertwined their friend groups and love to spend time with their crew! I think Nicolle described their relationship perfectly when she told me they had a fun, light-hearted, and caring relationship! I saw it first-hand on their wedding day and was thrilled to spend time getting to know them and celebrating their love. 

Their Willowdale Estate Wedding

Their July wedding day began as a cloudy and rainy day, but Nicolle and Blaise didn’t let that ruin their joy of getting ready with their best friends and family. Luckily for us, the sky opened up and the sun started to shine once we got to the venue after getting ready. We had a blast taking couples’ portraits around Willowdale Estate before getting the full wedding party out for wedding party photos! Their entire group was so fun-loving, and they were down to try anything. 

Nicolle and Blaise have impeccable style, and their wedding day was stunning! From the invitations to the florals, every little detail was perfect. I love that Nicolle did a dress change later in the reception, and the dance floor was an absolute party all night long. Everything about their Willowdale Estate wedding was so them and so gorgeous!  It was made all the better with the European style of the venue. It was such a charming touch on the day! Overall, the venue’s style and layout were so dreamy and it made for such a gorgeous backdrop for their wedding day.
