Cindy and Michael’s Fall engagement session was absolutely amazing!! Both Cindy and Michael are from Houston and met there but have been living in Boston for over 3 years now. Cindy loves the area so she knew she wanted to capture her engagement session here in South End with their little family including their dog Charlie, who by the way was the cutest! To say I’m obsessed with Sonia and Felipe’s destination engagement photos would be an understatement! First of all, being in Spain was a literal dream, and to have met Sonia and Felipe while I was there shooting a wedding and have them ask me to photograph their engagement photos on a whim was meant to be! Sonia and Felipe wanted their destination engagement to be casual and to simply celebrate them. They grew up in, Badajoz, Spain, and wanted to capture and revel in those memories together for their engagement shoot.

Pinterest Inspired Boston Seaport engagement session with Melissa & Bryan
Shooting a Boston Seaport engagement session may be one of my favorite engagement shoots! Located on Boston’s waterfront, across from downtown, the Seaport District is one of the city’s most flourishing neighborhoods, and is perfect for engagement session photos! The buildings on the waterfront are full of color and texture, the gorgeous cobblestone walkway gives so much character, and there’s an unforgettable view from Fan Pier Park and in my opinion the best skyline view in Boston!
Melissa and Bryan knew right away they wanted to have a classy Pinterest Inspired engagement shoot specifically one at seaport and in a restaurant with a bar as Melissa is a huge Pinterest fan and loved the idea of bar pictures with direct flash. When she mentioned this to me I knew right away where we could make her vision come true, ReelHouse in East Boston! With the classic leather restaurant booths and black and white tile backdrop and decor, it was the perfect spot to bring Melissa’s vision to life!

Keuris and Vicky were stunning throughout their entire engagement session, and they had nothing but smiles to give before and after the shoot! They have many plans for their wedding day including the possibility of a destination wedding, or a black tie affair in between where their two families live! Karly and Chris moved to Southie in Boston this October! They wanted an engagement session that captured their love for this new city that they had grown so fond of in such a short amount of time. Their engagement session started out at Boston City Hall with some pictures of Quincy Market in the background, and some perfect mid-city vibes on the crosswalk from between City Hall and Quincy Market! From there we walked to The State Room and were surrounded by skyscrapers and Boston streets! Karly and Chris LOVED the way the busi-ness of the streets flew around them while I captured their engagement portraits. At the top of a Boston parking garage, we were able to capture the blue skyscrapers hit by the sun surrounding the two of them like a fairytale. Lastly, we walked over to The North End and were amazed at the greenery that we found within the downtown area!

Liz and Tighe both grew up right around the Boston area and now live in Scottsdale, Arizona!! They’re getting married this August in Napa Valley, California! The two of them wanted a classic and classy Boston engagement session that represented where they both grew up and we did JUST THAT! We originally planned for their session to be at golden hour, but a thunder and lightning storm made us reschedule until the next morning, and thank goodness it did! The morning light on the public garden was absolutely dazzling! The engagement shoot was classic Boston from the public garden willow trees to the cobblestone Acorn street in the back bay.

The venue was dazzling with yachts and sailboats dispersed alongside the dock. The day was perfect from the luxurious getting ready space to the golden sunset, to the entire wedding watching as the fireworks burst into the night sky.
